A new organization called the Committee Against Fascist Economics (CAFE) is being set up to show how Mussolini’s Italian Fascism was Marxist-inspired and promoted socialism, especially during the 1930s. The Wikipedia page “Controversies over Italian Fascism’s Political Placement,” gives dozens of examples of the left-wing bearing of Italian Fascism and its successful effort to socialize almost ¾ of the Italian economy by 1939.
This is an important issue for classical liberals and libertarians, since Mussolini repeatedly railed against individualism and classical liberals during his lifetime. To join or contact this new group write to: email@example.com
